BUILDING THERMAL CYCLERS CONTROL AND SUPERVISE SYSTEM OF RESISTIVE HEATING FURNACE

Abstract

Researching the temperature control system of resistive heating furnace, mechanical products have always been interest of technicians and scientists. The paper introduces this one solution building thermal cyclers control and supervise system of resistive heating furnace. The control system is integrated computer to supervise the parameters of the heating process.The temperature is controlled by varying the electrical input power of the furnace through the power semiconductor conductor. The heat schema can be pre-programmed temperature in computer and the heat in the oven will automatically follow a given schema.
