BUILDING MATERIALS FOR BROADCASTING BOM BO TOURISM SITE

Abstract


To attract more visitors to Bom Bo tourism site, a site with great potential for sustainable tourism development, this article aims at building authentic resources, closely connecting with the local community broadcasting the tourism site. The main research method applied in this article is collecting and analyzing secondary and preliminary data for two following purposes: (1) to survey and synthesize the opinions of visitors, tourism managers, guides, and representatives of tourism companies on the needs and content broadcasting materials, (2) to select contents demonstrating the characteristics of Bom Bo tourism site to design the materials. The survey results found a high demand for two sources of materials including Bom Bo Travel Handbook and online broadcasting channels. Thus, the authors decided to design Bom Bo Travel Handbook and a Tiktok page for broadcasting to attract more visitors to Bom Bo village, contributing to tourism development and improving the living condition of local people.
