Abstract

The work of granting land use right certificates in Cau Giay district, Hanoi city has achieved achievements in recent times and there are still some difficulties that need to be overcome. Therefore, the study was conducted to assess the current status and effectiveness of the work of granting land use right certificates in the district. The study was conducted by synthesizing secondary data and surveying 150 land users. The research results show that in the period of 2021 - 2023, the total number of applications for granting land use right certificates for residential land for households and individuals was 8,556 and the number of certificates granted was 8,303, reaching a rate of 97.04%. The total number of applications for granting certificates for agricultural land was 164 with an area of 3.18 hectares. The total area granted for agricultural land in the district was 3.1 ha, reaching 97.48% of the total registered area. The results of the survey of people on the registration and granting of land use right certificates in the district were generally good, accounting for 62.67 - 81.33% of the assessment. Thus, the work of granting land use right certificates in Cau Giay district has achieved quite good results, but needs to be adjusted to resolve some existing problems.
