Abstract


The results of research show that the research has developed the model of semi-automatic system which is named Tuafplan V1.0, according to the current regulations. To provide technical support, to clarify and shorten the process of planning and land use planning. Tuafplan V1.0 can also be used for monitoring the results of land use planning and planning as well as for meaningful land management. Particularly necessary with the consulting units for land use planning and planning. The topic has also been tested on practical conditions in Quang Trung ward, Thai Nguyen city, in the adjustment period of land use planning in Thai Nguyen city for the period of 2015 - 2020. The results also show that the expression of alternative plans It is up to you to declare the details and export the tables and maps data very accurately. These results serve well for the synthesis and adjustment of city planning in the period.
