Abstract
The results of research show that the research has developed the model of semi-automatic system which is named Tuafplan V1.0, according to the current regulations. To provide technical support, to clarify and shorten the process of planning and land use planning. Tuafplan V1.0 can also be used for monitoring the results of land use planning and planning as well as for meaningful land management.
