Abstract

Modernization of the street lighting system will helps to save electricity and costs, while ensuring the quality of lighting is considered as a urgent solution. However, the current technical methods are not optimal, because they also reduce the quality of lighting, lack of safety in traffic and urban aesthetics, and some modern solutions help to saving in power consumption significantly but relatively high installation costs, difficult to apply widely. In addition, the control, incident detection, meter readings, data reporting, etc. were handled manually, by the method of sending technicians to track each line, each station in the form of share. So far the inspection and control of the working status of the public lighting system has not been done from a unified center, resulting in the detection and handling of the incident on the system has not been timely. Therefore, the design of a control system, lighting supervision is very necessary. With the application of a combination of technologies, the topic can not only solve the problems mentioned above but also help to save the costs, widely applied.
