December 1991, the State Federal Socialist Republic of Soviet breakup after 74 years of existence impressive in the history of the Russian Federation State typesand formed inherits the legal status of the Soviet Union. In early-ruling President Enxin – the first President of the Federal Republic of actors have made many recovery policies and development of Russia. In foreign policy, Russia continued the policy in favor of the West because the West believes that Russia will help restore and develop the economy to regain its position; but all plans are bankrupt. Therefore, Russia had to change its foreign policy from "forgetting" to closer to China. Articles focus on the factors that affect the foreign policy of the Russian Federation.
