Abstract

Practice shows that the system of industrial clusters in Vietnam was relatively developed and have contributed significantly to the country's economic development. Thai Nguyen has mineral resources and abundant human resources, has positioned it as a destination for foreign investors in the industrial sector, which highlights the Samsung Group - Korea. Since the emergence of this group, Taiyuan industry has been very vibrant development, industrial parks and clusters focused on local development and increasingly closely linked with each other in creating added value for the whole industry in the province overall. So parks and industrial complexes in Taiyuan increasingly more interested in development, thereby, contribute more and more to the industrial production value of the whole province.
