Abstract
Building optimal capital structure is solving the problem about how to mobilize and apportion enterprise’s source of capital so as to achieve targets of minimum costs or maximum profit. So it is one of the most important assigment for financial managers at enterprises. Nowadays, the building materials industry is one of the developing industries and related to others such as Building, Property,... so the author has researched, found out, come out a optimal capital structure, and proposed some solutions for building materials enterprises posted up in Viet Nam stock market.
