Abstract


Dormitory service which is indispensable services at universities,has indirect impact on the effectiveness of training. Good dormitory services will help students to have psychological comfort, good learning environment, and indirectly improve learning outcomes. Recognizing the importance of research issues, this study interviewed about 289 boarding students' satisfaction with services in dormitories of Thainguyen University of Economics and Business Administration. Then, based on the results, authors suggest a number of solutions to improve the quality of dormitory services to meet the needs of students the best when they live and study in the school dormitory.
