IMPLEMENTATION OF ETHNIC SOLIDARITY - THE FOUNDATION OF ETHNIC POLICIES IN THOUGHT HO CHI MINH

Abstract

Ho Chi Minh Thought on ethnic solidarity - the foundation of ethnic policy, and a great motivation for the construction and defense of the country. This ethnic solidarity resulted to the formation of a political worldview, a vision of a deeply humanistic patriotic heart. It was a system of deep perspective and comprehensive relationship in the spirit of ethnic mutual assistance and development, implement equal rights, solidarity, solidarity among peoples, promoting potential strong performance of ethnic and mountainous areas, putting mountains plains catch up, work together to build and protect the Vietnam Fatherland to become independent, unified, democratic, prosperous, and civilized.
