Objective: To describe clinical and subclinical characteristics of patients infected with Candida Albican vagintis and to evaluate the results of treatment with Fluconazole and Polygynax at Department of Obstetrics - Thai Nguyen University of Medicine and Pharmacy Hospital. Subjects: 48 patients with Candida Albican vaginitis who were examined and treated at Thai Nguyen University of Medicine and Pharmacy Hospital. Method: Cross sectional description. Results: The incidence of fungal infections in total genital infections was 18.3%, common in people under the age of 30 (52.1%), with a history of genital infections (62.5%); 45.8% were still fertile; Pruritic itching (77.1%), vaginal whiteness (68.8%); 100% had vaginal damage; Treatment rate (87.5%); 100% of all signs of irritation; 89.6% of all vaginal injuries; 87.5% negative Candida albicans tests after treatment; The drug had no effect on the cervical route.
