Abstract


This article summarizes the rationale for the management of employees in the hotels, with four main contents of the management of the hotel staff, including: defining the need for training ; to develop training plans ; to implement training ; to evaluate training results. The results of the study have led to the fact that the state management work of workers in three star hotels in thai nguyen province through four basic contents outlined. And then this article proposed solutions, especially focus on solutions to diversifying the training method and paying attention to the content of training in order to overcome limitations and promote the effectiveness of training management practices at hotels.
