BUILDING LAND PRICE DATABASE FOR LAND FINANCE MANAGEMENT PURPOSE IN SIN HO TOWN, SIN HO DISTRICT, LAI CHAU PROVINCE

Abstract

Land plays an important role in the process of socio-economic development, the revenue from land has contributed greatly to the local budget. In fact, the value of land set by the government and the land values regulated by the market are different, so the goal of building solutions to manage land values to match the actual values of the market is an important task in land values' management from the present to 2020 and the following years. Therefore, the establishment of a land values' database for land management in Sin Ho town, Sin Ho district, Lai Chau province has practical and scientific significance. From the research results, a land values' database has been developed for Sin Ho town, Sin Ho district, Lai Chau province; provides some applications of land values' database such as: Application in real estate market, application of land financial information's management.
