RESEARCH SOME FACTORS WHICH AFFECTS THE COMPENSATION, CLEARANCE IN THAI NGUYEN CITY FROM 2011 TO 2013

Abstract

Thai Nguyen City is the economic, political, cultural and social center of Thai Nguyen Province, which is the gateway to Hanoi capital of some provinces in Northeast Vietnam. The process of socio-economic development of Thai Nguyen requires the use of land for production, business and service development, etc. This study focused on assessing the status of compensation, site clearance and some factors affecting this work in the study area. The initial results have evaluated the current status of compensation, site clearance from 2015 to 2018, from the results of the interview, it has identified 3 main factors affecting the compensation and site clearance. updates in the study are: legal factors, price factors, and community factors. On that basis, the study has proposed a number of solutions to improve the effectiveness of land management and land use and land clearance and compensation for Thai Nguyen city.
