Abstract

Questions are one of the indispensable teaching aids when innovating school education nowadays, especially secondary education. They are used to connect, cooperate between teachers and pupils, help teachers change from mainly making a lesson presentation to motivating pupils to act during the lesson. Doing research on this innovation, the researcher cooperates with the expertise councils of five secondary schools in Thai Nguyên city to observe and assess 117 teachers (three periods for each one) representing the innovating group. Then, the council counts questions in each period, listed in the report of each subject at each school, and classify them by the viewpoint of Richard Paul – Linda Elder. Considering the result of testing students to distinguish between right and wrong information at the end of the period, the council sees that there is belief in the innovation. This paper deals with the efficiency of using questions in teaching to serve the task of training education students, strengthening teachers.
