Abstract

The objectives of this study are to prepare soluble tea from flos Styphnolobii japonici, semen Sennae torae and evaluate some indicators to test it from soluble tea. Firstly, flos Styphnolobii japonici and Semen Sennae torae are tested for input by microscopic and chemical methods. Then, separate separately with a solvent of 60% ethanol at room temperature to filter the extract, distillation and recovery of solvents then combine with glucose to get dry extractum. Mix the two dry extractum in proportion to each other obtain instant tea. Finally, assess some quality indicators of instant tea and qualitatively identify the main groups of chemicals. Having examined the conditions and constructed process of extracting attain standard. Prepare 80.32 g soluble tea from from 120 g flos Styphnolobii japonici and 120 g semen Sennae torae and adjuvants, the physicochemical extratum is right under the Vietnam Pharmacopoeia V. The main chemical substances haven’t lost in the process of preparation.
