ROLE OF GROUP DISCUSSION METHOD IN TEACHING HO CHI MINH THOUGHTS BASED ON CAPACITY DEVELOPMENT ORIENTATIONS

Group discussion method as a typical form of teaching organization at colleges and universities has many advantages in order to promote learners' positive, proactive and creative and help learners continue access in the fastest and most effective way with the increasing mass of human knowledge. Therefore, group discussion method in teaching Ho Chi Minh Thought subjects has been clarified by many scientific works, but studied directly on the role of this method in teaching Ho Chi Minh's thought towards capacity development has not had any intensive work yet. By analyzing and synthesizing research issues, we went into generalizing the general and specific competencies of Ho Chi Minh thoughts in the use of group discussion method to show that, the research topic is particularly important when universities are making urgent demands in thinking about innovating teaching methods towards capacity development.
