Abstract

Studying of the immunity response of chicken, duck to H5N1 inactivated vaccine in Quang Ninh province  has shown that, the incidence depended on many factors. For instance, this ratio was increased when the scale was less. All chicken and duck were vaccinated in 2016 and 2017 (100%). The H5N1 vaccine (strain Re-5) was recorded from 93.78% to 94.62% in safety. Antibody titration results of chicken flocks vaccinated with H5N1 strain Re-5 at 60 days were highest (6.12 log2). Antibody titres were then reduced (3.52 log2) at 150 days post-vaccination and no longer protective. The antibody titres of the dynasties that were injected with the H5N1 strain Re-5 at 60 days were the highest (6.43 log2). Antibody titres were then reduced (4.31 log2) at 120 days post-vaccination and no longer protective.
