APPLICATION OF VILIS 2.0 SOFWARE TO SETTING UP AND USE CADASTRAL DATABASE IN DOAN KET WARD, LAI CHAU CITY, LAI CHAU PROVINCE

Abstract

Over the years, the management and use of cadastral database in Doan Ket Ward, Lai Chau City has been carried out regularly and continuously. However, the system of records and books is old, the updating, adjustment of cadastral documents is not synchronous, not consistent with the current rules. Therefore, in order to modernize the cadastral database system, from 2014 Lai Chau has started to build cadastral database system in the province, specifically the application of ViLIS 2.0 software to setting up and use cadastral database in Doan Ket ward, Lai Chau city. Results of building cadastral database in Doan Ket ward, Lai Chau city including: spatial data; attribute data; cadastral maps and cadastral files include: land register books, cadastral books, certificate of land use right,... Digital cadastral database on Vilis 2.0 software in Doan Ket ward, reflecting the real situation of land management in the locality, capable of well serving the management of monitoring of land changes at all levels.
