HO CHI MINH'S THINKING STYLE AND THE QUESTIONS POSED IN THIS WORKING STYLE FOR THE PRESENT STAFF

Abstract

Ho Chi Minh’s style is an important part of the invaluable legacy that President Ho Chi Minh had left for the Vietnamese people and humanity. In particular, thinking style is a basic content in his style system. Accordingly, the discussion of Ho Chi Minh’s style has been clarified by many scientific works, but researched and exploited from the perspective of Political Science to clarify Ho Chi Minh's thinking style as a separate direction of the authors. Through analyzing and synthesizing the problem, the authors went into the overview of Ho Chi Minh's thinking style with outstanding features of independent, autonomy and creative style. After that, the article clarifies the issues that need to be resolved in building the working style of officials and party members today. With this logical research, the authors would like to affirm that the research problem has an important significance both in theoretical and practical terms. The article contributes to building a scientific, independent, autonomous and creative working style of cadres and party members in Vietnam today, meeting the requirements of the industrialization, modernization and international integration.
