SOME SOLUTIONS TO ENHANCE VIETNAMESE WOMEN’S POSITION IN TODAY’S SOCIETY

Abstract


Studying the inadequacy of the role and position of Vietnamese women in todays society to find solutions to " Raise demand" the management and leadership participation of women in all aspects of commune life Meeting to enhance the position of Vietnamese women is a topic of little interest and research. Using the method of theoretical development and situation analysis, practical assessment of the role and position of Vietnamese women in the current period, the author has proposed the following basic solutions: policies, guidelines and policies; Raising awareness of the family, society and the whole political system on female cadres work; Improve the quality and capacity of women themselves. These groups of solutions aim to elevate the status of Vietnamese women commensurate with their roles, with women's contributions to their families, homeland and country.
