Abstract

Nowadays, the accelerated development of industrialization and urbanization leads to an increasingly limited supply of clean water for factories and residential areas, which requires water purification systems that meet technical specifications. This article presents the research results of manufacturing raw water filtration systems, which helps reduce the load on the RO filtration system. The technological requirements of the pre-filter system to design were examined and then the filter system using the S7 -1200 PLC controller and monitor on the HMI interface was implemented. The results have been successful in setting up a raw waterfiltration system to meet technical requirements andeffective practical applications.
