THE OPPOSITE VIEW OF NGUYEN NGOC TU TO VIETNAMESE TRADITIONAL LITERATURE VIA THE MAIN FEMALE CHARACTERS IN KHONG AI QUA SONG

Abstract

Nguyen Ngoc Tu is a Vietnamese comtemporary important writer. There are many main female characters in the Khong ai qua song. All of woman in the short stories are unhappy. The wretched woman’s reflections on their situations in Khong ai qua song are similar to Vietnamese woman’s in traditional literature. However, if we research on their unhappiness by the modern literature method, we can get the opposite view of Nguyen Ngoc Tu to Vietnamese traditional literature which shows by the main female character in Khong ai qua song.
