Abstract
Viet Tri is a level 1 of the city in Phu Tho Province. In recent years, the city has been invested by Phu Tho province and government. Therefore, compensation for ground clearance when the government recovers land is identified as Viet Tri City as a starting place, a key step and a breakthrough to successfully implement projects to develop into city. That is reason why, the authors undertaken this research. Based on the analysis of the actual situation of compensation and ground clearance of the Phu Dong road project, the research has proposed some solutions which one of the most suitable trend to improve the effectiveness of compensation and land clearance in Viet Tri city, Phu Tho province.
