CREATE READING CULTURE TO MEET THE REQUIREMENTS OF EDUCATION INNOVATION FOR STUDENTS OF THAI NGUYEN UNIVERSITY OF EDUCATION

Reading culture not only helps people to have a better life, be more intelligent but also makes life more meaningful and happy and contributes to giving the intellectual strength to the ethnic community in the construction and development of the country. For students in general and students of Thai Nguyen University of Education in particular, reading culture plays an extremely important role in promoting the research process and acquiring knowledge both in time and method. Reading culture supports scientific research, helps students to self-study, to develop thinking and creativity, and to train skills and independence in students’ learning process. By logical, comparative, and integrated methods, the authors study the reality of reading in students of Thai Nguyen University of Education, and on that basis, propose some solutions to creat reading culture in students. This article has not only theoretical significance but also great practical implications for the propaganda, education and training of reading culture for students.
