Developing e-banking services is an inevitable trend, objective in the modern economy of international economic integration. The benefits of e-banking are huge for customers, banks and the economy, thanks to convenience, speed, accuracy and security. That is the inevitable result of the process of information technology development, applied in banking business, banks in the world have been developing strong service activities of e-banking. Most electronic banking services have been applied by Thai Nguyen Maritime Joint Stock Commercial Banks, but the transaction volume is still low, in 2017, the total customer scale reached 7,850 people, accounting for 3.21% market share of electronic banking services in Thai Nguyen province. The reason is that the low number of non-cash payment customers, diversified customers, and electronic banking products have not attracted many customers' concerns. The article investigates the status of developing electronic banking services at Thai Nguyen Maritime Commercial Joint Stock Bank (Thai Nguyen Maritime Bank), from there, propose solutions to improve the quality of banking services. Thai Nguyen Maritime stock trading in the coming time.
