THE SITUATION OF HUMAN RESOURCES IN MEDICAL CENTER OF TAN UYEN DISTRICT, LAI CHAU PROVINCE

The research aimed to assess the current situation of human resources of Medical Center of Tan Uyen district, Lai Chau province from 2015-2017. Cross-section descriptive research methods were used. The research results show that: The number of clinical staff of Medical Center of Tan Uyen district in 2015, 2016 and 2017 was 172 people, 271 people, was and 270 people respectively, 03 shortages compared to the target of the Department of Home Affairs. There was a lack of 05 staff with postgraduate qualifications; in 2015, there were 1.16% of doctors with postgraduate degrees, 6.4% of doctors with university degrees, 1.16% university pharmacists 0.58% bachelor of nursing. By 2017, the rates were 2.96% 10%, 3.33% and 1.58% respectively. The percentage of human resources in the field of administrative management was 26.79%, higher than the requirement of Circular 08 (18-20%); in the field of testing and pharmacy, it was 15.18%, matching with requirement of Circular 08 (15-22%); in the field of treatment, it was 58.04%, lower than requirement of Circular 08 which was 60-65%.
