Abstract
Recently, Vietnam Bank for Social Policies of in Thai Nguyen province has worked closely with Thai Nguyen Provincial Youth Union to manage the use of loans for rural youth. In order to assess the results of this activity, the authors use a top-down approach, which means a comprehensive analysis of the loan management process of Vietnam Bank for Social Policies from developing a loan plan, organizing it and controlling the use of loans by rural youth. The study used a 5-level Likert scale to estimate the level of meeting demands for loans, the process of using capital and supporting after loan. Then, analyzing the achieved results, the limits to propose some solutions to enhance the management of the use of loans for rural youth of Vietnam Bank for Social Policies in Thai Nguyen province.
