Abstract


In many areas of economics, temperature measurement and control is an indispensable process, especially in industry. Industrial temperature measurement is always associated with the production technology process and it determines a lot about the quality of the product. Depending on the nature and requirements of the process, it requires appropriate control methods.The article researches and designs the control system to monitor the resistance furnace on the basis of fuzzy application of new techniques developed very strongly and has brought many unexpected achievements in the field of control, which is what blur control. The basic advantage of fuzzy control over classic control methods is that it is possible to synthesize the controller without knowing the characteristics of the object correctly. In fact, to bring into full play the advantages of each fuzzy controller and the clear controller (canonical), it is often used to combine the two types of traditional controllers and fuzzy controls together to create fuzzy hybrid controller.
