Abstract


The content of this article is to analyze and identify the factors that must be taken into account when operating the Lotus golf course by considering the balance win - lose between economy and environment. Using the initial weighting method, the weight of sea water in coastal areas and ecosystems is -2; for risks, incidents, balances win - lose ≈ 0; When analyzing development opportunities for other economic sectors, the weight is -1.

With a total score of -5, it is necessary to develop mitigation measures: thoroughly treat domestic waste water, watering plants leak; Rainwater tanks should have foundation and bottom lined with waterproof materials; strictly follow the process of using fertilizers and pesticides; Applying modern irrigation techniques to reduce irrigation water is the paper's recommendation to shift the trade balance to win-tie. (Ki ≥ 0).
