Being  the head of the State, he not only cared about the education but also offered the philosophical perspectives as a guiding light for later education. To make  education  becomes  the "top policy", teachers also play an important role as people who transmit knowledge and train the human resources to lead our nation to the top of culture, deserve a Vietnam socialist country in comparison with the "five powers countries" in the world.
