Abstract


Facing the complicated situation of the epidemic, the demand for medical masks has been pushed up very high. The installation of an automatic control and monitoring system for medical mask production facilities is an essential need to improve labor productivity, lower product costs, reduce labor, and ensure social distancing during the epidemic season. This article proposes a solution to design a centralized control and monitoring system at small and medium sized medical mask production facilities. The content of the article includes: analysis, model design, algorithm building, design the control and communication plan, design the monitoring interface. Simulation results from Siemens specialized software show that the functions of the centralized control and monitoring system have been implemented as required. The results of this study can be used as a reference and reference models applied to the installation and operation of automation systems to control and monitor the mask production line in production practice.
