Abstract

This article presents the evolution of climate factors in Bac Kan province in the period of 2009-2019 including extreme weather phenomena, temperature, rainfall, humidity. Information and data on climate factors in Bac Kan province are collected, synthesized and analyzed by statistical methods, descriptions. The results showed that the hydrometeorological factors in the last 10 years have changed abnormally, namely: Heavy rain, prolongation of flooding and peak flood levels, storms with more frequency of occurrence. In addition, the temperature difference is large between the seasons causing prolonged heat, cold and cold. Rainfall also tends to increase which governs the occurrence and danger level of flash floods, mud and rock, landslides, erosion, shore accretion. Humidity, evaporation of water also fluctuates erratically. The trend of changing a number of climate factors has a great impact on production and people's lives.
