To overcome this situation, there is no other way to find out how to respond as well as "living with flood" type of the Mekong Delta. This is a problem that needs to be resolved in a long and regular way to ensure a stable life for the people. In this article, the author addresses the issue of responding to and providing some solutions to global climate change in the Mekong Delta by researching documents, investigating and monitoring.
