Abstract


Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems have been studied and applied by many businesses. Currently in the world there are many free and paid CRM software providers in the world such as: Zoho CRM, Hubspot CRM, SugarCRM, Microsoft Dynamics CRM, etc. But in Vietnam there are thousands of medium and large enterprises. For these businesses, the use of such large CRM software will be ineffective and too redundant compared to the size of the business. The purpose of this paper is to create an application CRM system for small and medium enterprises based on analysis of data sources from e-commerce websites. We analyze and label data automatically based on collected raw data. Testing at EXP Thai Nguyen Service and Technology Development Co., Ltd. The system works effectively, and the results achieved are statistics of customer data according to the purposes of business use.
