Secondary data collection, interview, and field survey methods have been applied in this research. As a results, an ecotourism route at Vietnam National University of Forestry with a total length of 5.26 km and seven points of environmental interpretation has been established. Interview results show that the ecotourism route is really need to help students and visitors discover the value of biodiversity resources in the experimental mountain forest and environmental interpretation activities.
