Abstract


The paper analyzes the difficulties and challenges of universities in Vietnam in the context of digital transformation in higher education. The authors used the method of secondary document research, expert method and in-depth interview method to find out the causes of difficulties and inadequacies in training implementation and management. The research proposed some solutions to improve training quality at universities on the basis of analyzing international experiences and consulting with educational experts. The solutions mainly contribute to changing perception and thinking, perfecting institutions, renewing governance model and training programs, developing databases for teaching and learning in order to improve the quality of training human resources for the industrial revolution 4.0, which emphasizes that students must be at the center of the digital transformation process.
