Abstract


In years in the late 19th century and early 20th century, the land problem in Bac Lieu province had obvious changes. Colonial government had policies priority for landowners about in land distribution. In here, many landowners owned  thousands of hectares of land. The rice plantation system of landowners increasing. Besides, farmer's land was increasingly narrowed. Conflicts between landowners and farmers became stressed. Spontaneous fights was forced Indochine government must adjust policies about land distribution in colonies.
