THE DIFFRENCES OF LEARNING OUTCOMES OF STUDENTS HAVING TAKEN THE GENERAL INFORMATICS COURSE WITH STUDENTS OBTAINING THE IC3 CERTICATE AT THAI NGUYEN UNIVERSITY OF MEDICINE AND PHARMACY

Abstract

The study is conducted to assess the current status of the General Informatics, a reviewing module to help students at Thai Nguyen University of Medicine and Pharmacy obtain IC3 certificate. Research methodology: a cross-sectional study with combined qualitative and quantitative methods. Results: appraising and comparing the quality between two study groups in which group 2 has better results than group 1. From the findings, it is recommended that General Informatics should be a compulsory course for all students of the university. IC3 certificate should is considered as the outcome requirement and students should not have A grade as they have got this certificate.
