TRAINING PEDAGOGICAL PROFESSION FOR STUDENTS THROUGH REAL PROFESSIONAL ACTIVITY EXPERIENCE

Abstract

At universities of education, real professional activity experience is an educational activity in which students are directly involved in practical activities in high school by the organization and guidance of teachers. Through that students accumulate knowledge, form skills and foster professional feelings, gradually improve the personality of the future teacher. Effective organization of real professional experience for students is one of the main measures to train the pedagogical profession for students, contributing to improve the quality of teacher training.
