Now in Viet Nam, expense resources of health care are included: Annual budget resource; hospital’fees and health insurances are paid by insurance agency; aid resources and donnation resources; production activities resources. This aticle mentions reality about management in use expense resources of health care in Thai Nguyen national general hospital, how is effective of management in use expense resources of health care in  the hospital.
