Abstract


In the fundamental and comprehensive renovation of Vietnamese education, the Resolution of the 11th Party Congress considered pedagogical schools as the "rooftop" of educational innovation. The mission of pedagogical schools is not only to train quality teachers for the whole country to meet practical requirements, but also to support and foster managers, enhance capacity to help core high school teachers in the process of regular training. By the method of analysis, synthesis, generalization, the author has given a view on the role of pedagogical lecturers in the implementation of the 2018 general education program. In the article, three roles and responsibilities are mentioned. That service is: training students; training high school teachers; program framework. That shows that pedagogical teachers play an important role, being the pioneer team in implementing the general education program in 2018.
