SKILLS OF PEDAGOGY STUDENTS IN THE CONTEXT OF THE 4TH INDUSTRIAL REVOLUTION

Abstract


In a knowledge-based and digitalized society, education is gradually adapting to the great challenges of shifting from traditional learning to innovative learning methods. This change forces students at Pedagogical Universities to be trained in preparation for competencies so that after graduation they can perform well the role of teachers in the 4.0 era. The article uses theoretical research methods to analyze and systematize documents on the skills of pedagogical students, the characteristics of the 4th industrial revolution to build the theoretical basis of the research problem; combined with the survey method by questionnaire to find out the actual situation of skills of pedagogical students and the actual situation of the skill training path of pedagogical students in the 4.0 era. From there, propose measures to help pedagogical students effectively develop necessary skills in the context of the 4th industrial revolution. Research results can help pedagogical students refer to have clearer orientations in their own learning and training process.
