PROTECTION OFPERSONAL RIGHTS FOR JUVENILE LABOR IN VIETNAM LAW

Abstract

Juvenile workers are one of the specific laborers due to their physical and mental limitations compared to other workers, so Vietnam Labor law has the rules to protect them. However, in the fact, the rights of juvenile workers in general and personal rights in particular have been violated. The article focuses on analyzing some provisions of Labor law on protection of life, health and honor of human dignity for juvenile workers. On that basis, the author assesses the current state of law, proposeing solutions to improve the law, contributing protect the personal rights of juvenile labor.
