Abstract


Women are an important part of the labor system to create material wealth and spiritual values that promote the progress of the world. Female workers have their own physiological and psychophysical characteristics. Women workers in pregnancy, childbirth and child feeding are guaranteed by law through the following rights: Employment, social insurance, maternity leave, labor discipline. The results of the study have basically affirmed that the rights of women workers during pregnancy, childbirth and child raising have been effectively protected by law, and there are still some violations. The study also proposed some solutions to improve the legal effectiveness of this group of women workers.
