Abstract
The study focused on the analysis factors impacting on probability of improving farmer household income after agricultural land acquisition at industrial zones in Thai Nguyen province. The data employed in this research were collected from the survey of 400 farmer households owning agricultural lands acquired at industrial zones in the province. The findings of regression model Binary Logistic shows that predicted accuracy of the model was 92.3%. However, factors affecting the probability of improving household income in Thai Nguyen province were arranged in accordance with the level of influence as such orders: the ability to compensate investment in production and business, the number of labor households, the area of agricultural land acquisition, educational status and age of head of households.
