ANALYZING FACTORS EFFECT TO PRODUCTION AND CONSUMPTION OF CANNA IN NGUYEN BINH DISTRICT - CAO BANG PROVINCE

Abstract

Canna was identified as the key economic crop of Nguyen Binh district, Cao Bang province, over the years, which has brought about positive results in the eliminate hunger and reduce poverty of district. However, the connection between the production, processing and consumption process of Canna are inadequacies, the supply of inputs is limited, the horizontal links are very loose, formalistic, Longitudinal links between agents are almost nothing, including the link between producers and collectors. The research results show that there are four groups of factors effect to production and consumption  Canna in Nguyen Binh district. The distribution of the benefits of each factor by the four channels is different, in which channel 2 goes from producer to wholesaler to retailer to consumer and provides the highest value and highest efficiency for each factor in the series. Therefore, it is necessary to expand this form to increase the economic efficiency of the factors which involved in the production and consumption, especially the producers
