Abstract


The article addresses the teaching of the 'Electromagnetism' chapter in Physics 9 with the support of Scratch software, aiming to develop natural science cognitive abilities. It discusses how this approach is organized and aims to enhance the development of natural science cognitive abilities through the aforementioned teaching organization. This article studies the theoretical basis towards fostering natural science cognitive capacity, researching the application of Scratch software in teaching Physics. The project used mathematical statistical methods to process the collected data to analyze and process the results of pedagogical experiments to confirm the feasibility of the project. Through the implementation of the teaching process of the 'Electromagnetism' chapter in Physics 9 with the support of Scratch software, aiming to develop natural science cognitive abilities, which we have constructed, experimental class students have shown significant development in their natural science cognitive abilities. Pedagogical experiment results have affirmed the feasibility and effectiveness of the research direction.
