Abstract

This article presents discussion issues on education for sustainable development, organizing teaching topics in Physics according to the orientation of education for sustainable development. Through that, it will be applied to teaching work organized on the topic "Electrical current in the environment" Physics 11 in high schools. The research method used in this document is theoretical research method. By studying the concepts of education for sustainable development according to UNESCO and thematic teaching process of domestic and world researchers, we have proposed a process of organizing thematic teaching in Physics with the orientation of education for sustainable development, thereby applying this process to the educational organization of the topic "Electrical currents in the environment" Physics 11 in high schools. It can be seen that organizing teaching on this topic will contribute to raising students' awareness of environmental protection, helping them gain knowledge in practical Physics for life, thereby also contributing to improving the effectiveness of teaching Physics in high schools.
