The prevalence of fasciolosis in buffaloes was  55.33% through the necropsy and the fecal examination via was 52.73%, the prevalence vacillated from 50.84% to 54.58%. The prevalence and infection intensity increased in accordance with age. The highest prevalence of fasciolosis was in the Summer(63.38%), followed by the Autumn (59.55%), the Winter(42.39%) and the lowest was in the Spring (40.88%). The deworming effectiveness of albendazol, nitroxinil – 25 medicine, with a dosis of 10 mg per kg B.W.and  triclabendazole medicine, with a dosis of 12 mg per kg B.W.was 100% in the buffalo herds; all the three medicines  were safe to buffaloes.
